Picture Perfect Queen Anne
Picture Perfect Queen Anne (PPQA) is a volunteer-led neighborhood organization dedicated to supporting the vitality and charm of the Upper Queen Anne commercial district. Founded in 2004 by a group of determined volunteers focused on the mile long commercial area that no longer reflected the warmth and welcoming spirit of Queen Anne. This success of group morphed into what is now Picture Perfect Queen Anne (PPQA). Through a series of community meetings, neighbors worked together to answer a core question: What Makes a Great Space?
Those insights became the foundation of The Queen Anne Avenue Streetscape Master Plan, a shared vision for creating a thriving and people‑friendly streetscape.
