Be rooted in your neighborhood
Picture Perfect Queen Anne (PPQA) is a volunteer-powered neighborhood alliance. Through the combined efforts of Queen Anne neighbors (both residents and businesses) and with funding from the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods and the Office of Economic Development, PPQA is working to revitalize the streetscape of Queen Anne Avenue from Galer to McGraw Streets. Our goal is a pedestrian and family-friendly, safe and vibrant main street that everyone in our community will enjoy.

PPQA worked with the community and urban design firm ZGF to create a master plan for Queen Anne Avenue’s streetscape design. You can see elements of this design in place at The Gilbert (southwest corner of Queen Anne and Garfield), at Eden Hill and Sweetbrier (southwest and northwest corners of Queen Anne Avenue and Crockett), and at Queen Anne Ave N at Galer.
